Couldn't have asked for better service. John came out and diagnosed our door's gearbox issue quickly, and had all the parts to replace and fix it in his van. Then spent a good half hour improving the doors fit from a bad original install, much appreciated and a better seal for winter.

I have just used Maidstone Locksmiths for the first time to help get into some storage containers, whose padlock keys had gone missing. I was very impressed with John's work.
He and a colleague attended our premises quite promptly and managed to cut/break into the 4 padlocks without damaging our premises.

Brilliant service from a genuine and lovely chap.
Mum called me in a panic as she couldn’t get her garage door open. Living 100 miles away this wasn’t ideal. I found Maidstone locksmiths and the reviews looked good so gave John a call. He arrived at mums in twenty minutes. Identified and sorted the problem and his charge was so reasonable considering it was a Saturday.
Would definitely recommend him. Mum said he was such a lovely man.

Patio Lock Repair.
This morning around 10.30am my patio door key snapped in the lock. Whoops.
I rang John at 10.40 and he turned up and fixed it within minutes AND made the door close properly as it had been sagging a bit.
